In-Home/Outdoor tRAINING
Everyone, at one point or another, has a reason to not workout. In my experience I’ve heard every line in the book for not wanting to work with a trainer at the gym.
“I don’t know if I will have time to come in.”
“I have kids that take up a majority of my time.”
“My work schedule is too crazy for me to commit.”
“I don’t like the feeling of working out in a big gym with everyone looking at me.”
These are just a few of the many reasons why people don’t commit to going to the gym. These reasons (however true they may be!) stop us from living healthier lives and taking care of ourselves.
This is where we come in.
Gyms can be intimidating, especially if you’re unsure of what most things are or how to properly use them. Sometimes you might feel judged. Maybe you’ve had terrible experiences at the gym before. Our goal is to get you more comfortable and confident in yourself, right in the comfort of your own home, where everyone is supportive of you.
By providing all equipment for your workout, the only things you need are an open space (backyard, living room, family room, basement, office, etc…), and an open mind! Don’t be afraid to try something new, and have fun with your workout. If there are any pieces of equipment you own that you would like to use, we’re perfectly happy adding them into your workout routine. Let’s work together to eliminate those reasons why you can’t, and make sure you do!

In-Home Training is available to Colorado residents in the cities of Aurora, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Parker and Castle Rock. If you live in one of these areas and are interested in personal training, please contact us to learn more.
