Bootcamps
If you have a group of employees, friends, co-workers, etc. who feel like joining for an hour-long butt-kicking workout, you’ve come to the right place! Living in Colorado gives us access to sunshine and nice weather 300 days out of the year, which means plenty of reason to get outside and get moving!
During the hour-long bootcamp, you will get a full body workout that will not only challenge you physically, but mentally as well.
The workouts are set up as circuit style with a number of stations depending on the number of people in the group. Each station is performed for time, rather than for repetitions. This allows people of all fitness levels to participate and still get in a solid workout. Modifications can be provided to make an exercise easier or more challenging (depending on fitness levels, injuries, limitations, etc.).
All participating members must fill out a Par-Q health history questionnaire, and sign all documents prior to participation in the bootcamp. Documents must also be received by Mike Avant Training, LLC prior to the day of the bootcamp. This allows us to have an idea of the general physical fitness level of your group, any potential risks we need to be aware of, and lets us create a successful workout for all.
When getting set up for a bootcamp, we can discuss location, time, and estimated number of people attending.
